They were clear, transparent, and respectful throughout. The interview was structured around a list of thoughtful questions, and allowed for some open ended conversation as well. While I did not end up getting the position, the communication about that was kind and explanatory. This seems like a great group of folks.

Very clear, organized process, with excellent communication from the hiring team. I was asked to submit work samples, then completed a screening interview and a follow up interview that was focused on an activity (reviewing a website and "prepping" for a project discussion with a potential client).
