HR screen, HM interview, panel interview and VP. There are at least 5 rounds or even more. lots of tech questions and behavioral questions. All the questions are solid and the people are nice.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ginkgo BioWorks
Interview
Ridiculous amount of rounds - had to do like 5 rounds of interviews for an internship that was just not that serious & they ultimately ended up going with someone else. waste of time
I applied online. I interviewed at Ginkgo BioWorks (Boston, MA) in Mar 2024
Interview
One screen with Human Resources over zoom, another screen with the hiring manager over zoom, followed by an onsite panel interview and facility tour. Very cool facility, transparent hiring process, ended up waiting a little while to hear back as I was the first person to interview for the role and they had a few more lined up before they could make a decision. Friendly team and HR, seemed to have a good culture.
