GitLab Deal Desk Analyst interview questions

Applied online, received an email to provide times for a screening with the recruiter. At the time of the scheduled zoom interview, I waited for the recruiter to show up, after 5 mins, I emailed asking if this was a bad time, no response, I waited for 15 mins and still nothing. I emailed a few more times asking to if we could reschedule, with still no response. I finally emailed the candidate experience team and they were very responsive. After the candidate experience team emailed me back, the recruiter finally called me back, but I missed the call, I called back and left a message to never hear back from her. A few days later, I received an email to provide times for an interview with the hiring manager. 10 mins prior to my interview with the hiring manager, I received an email that he could not make the call and to provide a few times to reschedule, I provided dates and times immediately and followed up a few days later, a week later I finally heard back asking if I were available that same day. It was very unprofessional in how they handled my interviews and communication. For a company who prides themselves in being a remote company, communication should be a very important factor in the employees.
