Interview
I had two interviews with 2 recruiters for 2 different positions. During the first call, I asked the first recruiter a question about employment and she said that she will check and get back to me. Haven't heard from her afterwards.
I was later invited to a different interview for a different position I had applied. The recruiter set up a call, and during the call told me that I was not suitable for the position I applied to, but still wanted to meet me for a different position. Guess what, I never heard back from him either.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GitLab (Amsterdam) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was a long but fulfilling process as each step of the interview was tailored to focus on specific tasks or behaviors that would match personal values with company vision and requirements.

Interview
4 video interviews 45 minutes each. I also had a non standard face to face in person interview. The process was pretty standard and took a few weeks start to finish but most interviews only take 2 weeks start to finish.
