Tell me about a time you turned an objection into a new lead
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GitLab (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Went all the way through the interview process only to be rejected. I guess they planned to ghost me. I had to reach out for my reject letter. First interview was with a recuriter, following two hiring managers then with someone in a higher leadership role. Final interview was with a peer. Did require a mock call btw.

Interview
It was fair and I was updated along the way. There are not really any complaints from me. Tasks could be paid instead of doing them for free like many companies do for your time.
