Interview process was very detailed. RA 1 - HR round, RA2 - assignment round, RA3 - all leads, RA4 - CEO. Very professional and friendly culture. follow ups and no delay
The Interview process was seamless with a prompt turn around time. The interviews were well structured and gave enough time to ask questions. All the interviewers were patient to make me understand the job requirements

It went smoothly. It took almost a week for the entire process to be completed. There were multiple rounds includes written assignment and PIs. The interviewers were supportive throughout the process.

1st round - Telephonic interview with HR for 15 minutes
2nd round - Video interview with a team member of NGO partnerships for an hour
3rd round - 2 Assignments and 2 excel tests
4th round - Video interview with an Associate Director of Institutional Giving for 45 minutes
Final round - Video interview with a VP, Head of Institutional Giving for an hour
