I had a first round screening interview with a member from the talent acquisition team, and then a second interview about 24 hours later with the VP of Marketing. My third and final interview was a few hours later and was with two members on the marketing team. The interview process was world-class, every question I had was answered and I could immediately tell the empathy that was apparent in the company. There was a genuine feeling that was infectious in all my interviews. I felt that in my first interview the member from talent acquisition really helped a lot, and was very kind and forthcoming which was amazing. Additionally, the communication was incredibly fast, emails were answered almost instantly and interview times set up rapidly. I had an offer almost 28 hours after my first interview.
