The recruiter was almost an hour late and left more than half a dozen of candidates fiddling with their hands and cellphone while we waited patiently. When they arrived, they were not prepared and took yet another half hour to get the proper documents to fill out. A process that should have taken no more than 30/40 minutes lasted over 2 hours. Part of my day that included errands, an appointment and a shift at my part-time job had to be changed because of this lack of professionalism and organization.
The interview itself was fairly straightforward, about 5-6 questions were asked. I felt like the interview was too short and that the questions that were asked didnt allow me to truly sell myself. They were very basic questions for the most part. It lasted around 15 minutes. At least half of the interview the recruiter was trying to sell the company to me and tried explaining how 'lucky' I would be to become a part of the team there.
The entire experience left a rather sour taste in my mouth. I was extremely displeased with virtually the entire process from start to finish.
