Interview
2 rounds of technical interview. First: Taken by a Technical Program Manager'. It was good and the interviewer clearly defined the roles and responsibilities. Second round: Take by a Senior Manager who was completely least interested in looking into the JD. I was interviewed for the Scrum Master role in the first round (that's what the entire JD was about) but this manager clearly said that he is interested into Delivery Management and was mostly focused on that. This person was asking some random questions which are in no way relevant to the SM role. And on the question of using tools like Jira; the interviewer said that these tools are a waste. My observation; either this so-called senior manager has never worked in a real professional environment or he himself has used tricks to give false updates. And as usual the recruiters; why cry on social media that candidates ghost after taking offers when these recruiters have been ghosting the candidate for years? Even asking for feedback, there is no reply. So I can understand now what kind of work culture would be if I joined the company.

Interviewer is not in mood to take interview. Interviewer asking Scenarios based questions on the team they work and wants all the answers based on what they are following.. Lastly: good luck with your hiring

Q1 : what will you do if to people fight everyday. Q2 : what will you do if member of your team not coming to office and not delivering results. Q3 : what will you do if person not delivering results and fight with you. Q4 : Asked 5 Questions on waterfall and lastly said we don't use waterfall

Interview
Unfortunately the interviewer dint know what role he was hiring for and was very very arrogant which clearly reflects the companies culture n the way they work. HR forced me to take up the interview though I had 2 other offers... Later the process was like Interrogation than interview.... Really feel bad about the interviewer who is representing an organisation in such manner..
Advice: Avoid such companies and don't waste your precious time
