This is not what you think! They will call and tell you it's for a clerical/HR Assistant position, and actually it's for a sales/commission job in life insurance. Even if you ask explicitly about the position they will lie to you directly in order to make you come in for the interview. They did not even have me meet with the person they said I was scheduled to interview with, nor the person I spoke with on the phone. There was no opportunity to ask questions, the entire process was extremely misleading
