I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Metairie, LA) in Mar 2017
Interview
THIS IS MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING, 100% commission/ "referrals"
Recruiter called me within 30 minutes of receiving my resume, invited me to a "3 stage interview process" . First was a 1:1 discussion of my resume and my managerial experience. Then, there is a group discussion on the history and success you can achieve with the company. They will hand you numerous questioners on your competitiveness and desire to make money. They then discuss the compensation on "just 10 clients a week...etc." and how my much more you can make by "referring new agents: Ultimately on the last slide they discuss the "investment" you need to make to get your license and go through their training. (of course they knock some off if your "ready to commit today". )
Besides a complete was of time, it was pretty embarrassing. They contacted my references (based on how much they "liked me" by talking to me for 20 minutes) and offered for them to interview as well. So, my former professor emeritus was offered an interview on his personal cell phone because they took it off my reference page that they got before I knew what was up.
I didn't stay for the 3rd part of the interview but from hearsay, people like me left because we are lazy. I'm not here to mock or put down MLM, but a lot of effort was spent on their part to disguise this company as MLM.

The interview process is basic, they have you come into a room and do a "group interview" where they go over the benefits of working for the company. There is no base salary while you are in there training but don't worry they make sure your paid enough for you gas. It is just not realistic.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division in Sept 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me regarding a "Manager" position and requested a 1-on-1 interview as noted. Joining the interview, the meeting was NOT 1-on-1 but in a group setting with 10+ individuals. The "interview" was more of a sales pitch meeting on why should you should join Globe Life Liberty National Division. No interaction between the interviewer and intervee was made.
THIS IS A COMMISION-BASED JOB! A regular sales representative position not a "Manager-In-Training". All salaries are determined based on the amount of active or new clients acquisitioned and proposed profits will deeply vary! Be mindful of "training" and other expenses to be a sales rep will cost money out of pocket.

Interview
Pointless. They contacted me repeatedly to get me to interview for the job in my area and there was not even a job anywhere close to me. It was a waste of everyone's time.
