1st phase, company gave history of company and review your resume and asked if would be interested in working. If interested, you proceed to next phase.

Group interview in 3 steps. Congratulated me for passing first step by being chosen for group interview. Had to come back later for a one on one interview and then had to wait around for a phone call to determine my start date

offered me the jo really fast. does not seem like a good way to make money. I do not like commission based work, to me it seems that they are exploiting my work.
