I went in and filled out general paperwork with normal interview questions. One gentleman spoke with me and asked why I was interested in leaving my job and what I wanted out of my future. Then was taken into room with 2 other individuals and we were presented a sideshow and told thay it was actually a commission only position selling liberty national insurance.
