The company overall is great; but when you get down to the agency level the culture of the company is failing. The hiring process is like a cattle call. They give one big spill of how good the industry is and how much money you can make. However, most agents are left to fail or to their own devices. Most of the time you sit at a desk and make phone calls all day for free ; then at the end of the week you go out and visit the client.
