I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Group "interview" although no one was asked interview questions. It was 2 hours of my life I will never get back. Everyone was sitting around a table and the agency owner (Mayo) told his boring life story and how he got into the "company".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no interview questions. It was simply the agency owner talking to the group. He explained the different "positions" and what you had to do to get there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Maumelle, AR)
Interview
The interview process is basic, they have you come into a room and do a "group interview" where they go over the benefits of working for the company. There is no base salary while you are in there training but don't worry they make sure your paid enough for you gas. It is just not realistic.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division in Sept 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me regarding a "Manager" position and requested a 1-on-1 interview as noted. Joining the interview, the meeting was NOT 1-on-1 but in a group setting with 10+ individuals. The "interview" was more of a sales pitch meeting on why should you should join Globe Life Liberty National Division. No interaction between the interviewer and intervee was made.
THIS IS A COMMISION-BASED JOB! A regular sales representative position not a "Manager-In-Training". All salaries are determined based on the amount of active or new clients acquisitioned and proposed profits will deeply vary! Be mindful of "training" and other expenses to be a sales rep will cost money out of pocket.

Interview
Pointless. They contacted me repeatedly to get me to interview for the job in my area and there was not even a job anywhere close to me. It was a waste of everyone's time.
