If you have read the other reviews, just trust that they are accurate. I was asked to come in for an interview for an entry level manager role. I also read the reviews but decided to give it a shot anyway. When I came in they did a 4 minute interview and then asked if I could stay for a presentation. Nobody else was there so they ended up bringing me into the office with the agency owner. They did the ole bait and switch and said first you would be in an individual contributor role and then work your way into the management position. This is all commission and no benefits. Very nice people but dishonest process used to trick people into coming in for a presentation. There is no immediate management position and this is not a real interview.
