I was appointed for the first touchpoint with HR and received an automated email the day before the interview saying that the position was covered. Because my interview wasn't canceled and no one contacted me I thought that at least they would have the bare minimum respect to meet me, since I was appointed for this interview a week in advance. I connected to the meeting and no one was there. I contacted HR to see what was going on and she told me that she didn't join the meeting in order not to make me lose my time. I was the whole week preparing for the interview, it honestly felt so disrespectful. Glovo needs to address these situations with its HR department.
