Interview
I got 4 rounds of interviews. First one with HR, 3 following ones with different people of the department, one of them was with the manager of the team. Overall people were very nice, i had mostly behavioral questions (to answer with the STAR methodology) and also 2 business /strategic cases which were quite complicated but not so much for someone who is already working in strategic positions (consulting, strat departement...) . The only thing is that after my 4th interview, they let me wait for more than a month to finally send me a generic e-mail saying they chose someone else. I received only one e-mail in between saying they are having other interviews but that's it. I didn't receive any feedback even though i specifically asked for it

Why glovo ? What is our business model ? What would be the reasons why customers complain about in the order process ?
El proceso de entrevista fue claro, pero no así el tema del feedback. Luego de mi cuarta entrevista me dijeron que no avanzaba sin darme las razones, con lo cual creo que hay que mejorar en ese aspecto.

Well structured process. Quite tricky SQL test. Candidate need a lot of experience in data science and AB testing. They gave me more time to complete the test but found my skill set not developed enough.
