GoFreight interview questions

I had three interviews and was ghosted. It takes 2 seconds to tell someone they are no longer being considered and to thank them for their time. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate to have someone interview with 3 people just to be left on a cliffhanger afterwards with zero updates or responses. Not sure why it’s so normalized now, but if it’s a testament to the on the job experience, I wouldn’t want to work there anyway. Bullet dodged! Advice: treat people how you would want to be treated, it’s tough enough out here.

Multiple interviews with key leadership (CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Product). Was asked to create a presentation about me, my management style and my 30/60/90 day plan. This was presented on Zoom to a panel of interviewers.
