Interview
I went through the interview process and, unfortunately, found the first interview quite disappointing. One of the things that initially attracted me to the company was its stated values and culture and the tech challenge, but during the interview, I noticed a gap between those values and the way the conversation was conducted. The interviewer's attitude made it feel as though they were granting me an opportunity by interviewing me rather than having a genuine discussion to assess mutual fit. The tone and overall demeanor felt dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Interviews are naturally stressful, but they should still feel like an exchange. In this case, the experience did not reflect the collaborative and supportive culture that the company promotes publicly.

The questions were fairly standard for the role in Argentina, but the way they were delivered came across as somewhat confrontational and transactional rather than exploratory or conversational.
