I had a very positive experience interviewing at Golden Helix. Clear and professional process. First round was with the hiring manager, followed by a team interview, then a technical round where I demoed software and walked through a project. Final interview was with the CEO. Throughout the process, I appreciated the transparency and the way each step gave a real sense of the role and the people I’d be working with. A lot of what we discussed in the interviews was directly relevant to the job training itself, making the transition smoother. The team was genuinely interested in finding a mutual fit.
