Terrible HR processes. They emailed me to inform that I was shortlisted for an interview and that I had to prepare a technical presentation. I replied them to say that I don't have technical background (which was not stated as a pre-requisite in their website) and to confirm if it was a must-have. Instead of replying my enquiry, they proceeded to change my 2h interview to a 3h interview. I was pleased but I called them again to confirm as I didn't want to waste their interviewers' time. They finally said they would check with the hiring manager, and I only got to know through a cancelled calendar invitation that my interview was cancelled. I had to email them to confirm this, which was really a bitter pill to swallow as I was excited about the interview. They need to hire more competent HR personnel who sieve through resumes properly and have better EQ.
