Was good questions were fair gave. Was able to engage with interviewers.
Interview was done through zoom like most interviews are nowadays I was surprised I didn't have to wait long for the interview to start
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Graebel Companies (Dundalk) in Sept 2025
Interview
Initial 30 min call with recruiter from Czech. Recruiter was late to the call with no apology. Was waiting for 20 mins before she called, courtesy would have been nice to check in and say she was late. Standard call with usual questions about my experience and the company. Video interview with 2 managers the following week. Only received 1 day notice for the interview which is not helpful or professional. Interview was totally competency based, questions and scenarios were repetitive. Lasted about 45 mins but felt like forever. Interviewers were not engaging. This type of interview that focuses solely on competency questions is incredibly underwhelming. Does not allow you to sell yourself or put across your experience / strong points / why you would be good for the company and role. Graebel need to seriously look at their interview processes / formats and talent acquisition team. Was told I would hear back about a possible second interview within a few days. Patiently waited over 2 weeks until I contacted the recruiter who told me the position had been filled. Truth , Integrity and Love are apparently Graebel values. My experience was the complete opposite. No decency to contact me and let me know I had been unsuccessful … Would not recommend applying for this company. If this is just the recruitment process, I can’t imagine how unprofessional and awful it would be as an employee.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Every question was competency / scenario based. Literally nothing else. Incredibly disappointing and flat.
