Interview
The interview process involved an informal relaxed discussion about who I was and my previous work experience, and then a couple of tasks to assess my competency in a couple of key areas that the business is currently focusing on.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial MS Teams interview for half an hour to bring CV to life and to gauge experience. Then an in-person interview at their head office where I had to deliver a task and answer competency-based questions about my experience.
