Graham & Brown interview questions

I applied online through Indeed, the process was structured and largely automated, requiring completion of a Thomas International PPA personality test and one-way recorded video interview. I emailed a week later to find I was unsuccessful. Asking for feedback highlighted the need for experience with headless architecture. While there was a question about web infrastructure, the specific architectural expectations were not clearly outlined in the job advert. In the interview format, there is no opportunity to fully explore or clarify alignment with a company’s specific technical setup. The feedback itself was appreciated and constructive, though the overall process felt impersonal.
