Then you move on to a psychometric evaluation once again these tests take the better part of a day to complete and are pretty repetitive. After that's all said and done they ask for various references they want contact info to all your previous bosses including email and phone number I didn't feel comfortable sharing that info and provided company contact information, apparently this was not enough though. All in all, it's not a good interview experience you're expected to invest a lot of time, only to be left hanging for unknown reasons.
