Had an initial, generic interview with someone from the recruiting team. Afterwards, they sent me an online personality assessment to take before my interview with the team manager. After interviewing with the team manager, I scheduled time to have an interview with other members of them team. All went really well, the team seemed like a strong group that wants to nurture and grow their employees. I was prepared to accept, but my current company countered with an offer I couldn't refuse.
