Interview
A comfortable open free form discussion with a panel of two. There were questions, comments from both sides to determine how and if I would successfully fit in with the team, while allowing me the opportunity to see if I would actually be interested in joining this team. Interviewers were both open and provided great team department insights while allowing me the chance to discuss my previous experiences and how they would align and add value to the team.

Applied online and took more than a month to receive a no-reply email rejection stating that they have moved on with other candidates. Extremely poor communication and waste of candidates' time.
