I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Graphiq (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2014
Interview
A series of conversations, Q&A style, with anywhere from 4-6 employees. They mainly just go through your resume and ask you to expand further on what you've done and are looking to do in the future. They also give you a series of logic questions, not too complicated and ask you to extrapolate your answers. Lastly, it's very important to them that you take a strong interest in the company and clearly show that you are passionate about what they do. It's very important to them that you ask questions about the company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Graphiq in May 2014
Interview
The whole interview process seemed as though they were trying to gauge personality traits. I applied online and was reached fairly quickly through email about different times and dates to schedule the interview. The actual Questions weren't tough by any means. I had 3 rounds over the phone, each by employee's in the product management area. I received an email a few days after the third round from an intern saying they were going to go in a different direction.
