I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Graphy (London, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
First stage was a quick call to get an understanding about my experience and learn a bit more about Graphy and what they were looking for. Kelly made the experience enjoyable and gave me a good sense that this is an exciting time for a company I'd like to work for.
The second stage was a challenge in which I was asked to complete a task but interestingly I was given no deadline and I could set it myself. Pro tip: If you are applying for this role and get to this stage give yourself more time than you think you need!
Unfortunately I wasn't successful but the whole process was one of the better application processes I have experienced (and I've had a few). Speed of communication could be improved a bit but it's all part and parcel of a company scaling with so many plates spinning etc.
