I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gratafy (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
3 rounds of interviews with sales manager business development manager & the CEO and i was flown out to seattle to meet the team and shadow to learn the sales process
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gratafy (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I was initially setup for a phone screen/interview at a specific time during the day. I never received the call, so I reached out to Gratafy but had no luck reaching them. 3 hours later I received an e-mail to reschedule for a later time of day. After the initial phone screen I was asked to come into the office for a one on one interview with the sales director, which went smoothly. He asked me mostly questions on my experience and drive, and there was also a role play where I sold the Gratafy platform. I was then asked to come in for the final step which was the founder meeting. During that interview I was asked mostly the same questions as in the previous two interviews and did the role play over again. Not much was new with this interview. It seemed fairly disorganized and not very well structured in terms of the different levels of interviews and which person asked which types of questions.

Question 1
What is your favorite part of the Gratafy Platform?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Gratafy in Aug 2013
Interview
I interviewed with 4 different people. First a 10 minute phone conversation w/ the VP Marketing, then a Skype interview with another employee, next a skype interview with the VP Marketing, and then finally a skype interview with the both the COO and CEO at the same time. The interview process took a long time, when they had originally said they wanted to hire within 2 weeks. It was very conversational, and I came with very specific ideas of how to make the LA market successful. I did my due diligence and did a lot of research before the interview.
