I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Green Communications in Jan 2012
Interview
In my personal experience it is a very easy process. The main thing that the employer was looking for was someone that was able to look professional and that was knowledgeable about all the product information as well as rate plans and service coverage area. This is a huge plus: speaking Spanish and English!!! Their customer base consists of many people whose language is primarily Spanish and require additional help in their native language.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the interview process for this company is to be able to sell a phone to the hiring manager with the knowledge that you have and it can be in either English and/or Spanish since this is a bi-lingual position. Be prepared to perform this and also make sure that you learn operating systems for the smartphones, their speeds, processors, if they are apple or android, the difference between: Apple, Android, and Blackberry, etc.
