Interview
The interview process was good.
It was a direct interview with CEO and there were two rounds.
First round was a discussion round ,got questions revolving around my current role and responsibilities, projects etc.
Second round was mainly related to project management scenario based questions.

1) How do you track the project requirements?
2) If there are many defects in backlog, what all steps you track and take action to get the defects closed?
Telephonic interview 2 rounds. They elaborated what is expected and asked questions around that. It was easy wen you have real experience and expertise on your skill. Very transparent process and they updated the results
