Interview
I attended three interviews with Gremlins, the first with the Director of the Support team who said he was looking to hire fast. The second was with the lead Support Engineer who quizzed me on technical information. The third with the Talent Acquisition person that had originally contacted me.
I would describe all three interviews as incredibly positive. I had a great rapport with all three, and my technical interview went without any issues that I recall, the lead support tech even stopped asking me tech questions after a bit saying he was incredibly confident in my knowledge.
The interview about HR-related things went well, and I was left with generally positive vibes and the understanding that I had one more tech interview that was trying to be arranged with one of the Software Engineers.
Then I never heard anything back ever again. I followed up twice, but no reply. Just completely ghosted. Absolutely soul crushing experience, as I was very excited about the job, the potential team, and the products.
