It wasn't bad, it was straightforward and easy. They let me know the job description asked a question on how I felt about working in a team. Also let me know what to expect on a typical shift as well as benefits offered

I interviewed with someone from HR and the lab hiring manager. They asked basic interview questions about my history, i.e. what was on my resume, and personality. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

What was your greatest failure and what did you learn from it?
Interview was easy but was pre Covid and very specific to the lab that I was interviewing to join. Overall it wasnt a stressful experience. I would just come prepared to the interview.
