I had a great overall interview process with GrowthPlay. After applying through their online application I received an email to set up a phone screener with their manager of culture and people. I also had an additional screener with their HR associate--normally I would've been irked by having multiple phone screeners but this process ensured that I had a very holistic and multi-faceted understanding of the company and the position.I was brought in for a in-person interview with a member of their executive leadership team. The final step was providing references. Overall the process took about 3 weeks and the GrowthPlay Human Resources staff were always available to answer any questions or to provide an update. Great experience.
