Applied via Workday which was straight forward enough. It took a couple of weeks before HR and hiring manager reached out to schedule an interview. Hiring manager was about five minutes late for video interview and clearly checking emails throughout. She only asked one question- tell me about your experience. She followed up everything with “yeah but have you…” comments. Radio silence for almost three weeks before recruiter call letting me know they weren’t going to move forward with me. For such a disjointed process, I do appreciate being told over phone and not email.
