A verified recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about the role and sent me a link for a screening interview. The recruiter invited me to meet with the hiring manager, but said I had to formally submit my CV through their system before the next interview could be scheduled. I thought this was odd. I did formally submit and then I was ghosted.
