There were two rounds of interviews. 1) behavioral interview (understanding how you work with complexity, difficult environments), 2) case study (learning your thought process rather than outcome), 3) behavioral interview (your experience tied to demonstration of company values)

Interview
There were two rounds, both were in-person interviews. The first round interview was two parts, a behavioral interview with an associate director and a take home case that I presented to senior consultants (slide deck) Second was a behavioral/Fit interview with a senior partner
First behavioral interview, then met with a partner for the final round. Followed up twice and haven't gotten a response. It has been 3 months since the interview. Wish they told me I didn't get the role instead of ghosting
