I applied online. 5 weeks later I had a screening call with a recruiter. The vast majority of these screening questions were already answered in my resume so I'm not sure why they were asked. But the recruiter was very kind so I didn't mind the conversation. They asked for my availability to speak with a hiring manager, which I gave. I have not heard from them since, so I assume they went with someone else.
