Very thoughtful and thorough process. Several interviews with different groups, and opportunities to speak to other directors as well as observe different classrooms and school if nearby. Yearly professional development and conference for all directors.

What my vision for the school was in 6 months to 1 year.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guidepost Montessori (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2023
Interview
Was contacted via indeed inquiry. An interview was scheduled an attended. I was advised that I would make a great fit for either the Director or Assistant Director role. I was advised that I would be moving to the next round of interviews and was given details regarding the steps and what to expect. After no update after a week, I sent a message to the recruiter and was responded with an auto-reject email.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews as well as written interview questions. Overall very thorough and informative about their company and the job description. I felt like they asked detailed questions that got to the heart of my philosophies and practices and how I’d fit/not fit with their school.
