The Operations Manager and a Senior Technician called for the interview. There was an introductory period to be followed by some semi-challenging questions - no question was difficult necessarily. You can tell they put thought into their question though. My concern as a veteran was that I was required to fill out paperwork for employment prior to the interview that Gulfstream would use for their IRS filing; essentially they get tax credits for interviewing and hiring veterans. This is surely a common and worthwhile credit, it's just that I felt taken advantage of because I didn't have a choice with the paperwork. It was basically, fill the paperwork out and then move on to the interview process.
