Months after my resume was submitted on the job website I got a phone call from HR department to set up phone interview. Phone interview was several days later and then I was contacted for an in person interview. The company paid for my travel and hotel the night before the interview which was impressive. I was questioned by a manager and a lead from the department. I found out a few weeks later that I did not get the job
