Interview process started with a phone interview that made sure you understood what you were applying to. I was then invited down to SAV for an in-person interview. Gulfstream paid for round trip airfare, rental car, and lodging for you and your spouse (if applicable). They gave you the option to stay for up to 3 nights to explore the area, however, I elected to go home after the interview. The team I met in Savannah seems like a genuinely nice and close knit team. They were very welcoming, and I could tell they all care about the service they are offering. When I got to security, the hiring manager escorted me to their location on the campus. I was then given a tour of one of the assembly hangars, and a few different parts of the campus. After the tour, I went up to the dispatch office, and had a panel interview with the managers and a few senior dispatchers. The interview questions they asked were mostly to get to know you as a person, and how you handle certain situations. At the end of it all, I was given an offer a few weeks later (would have been sooner, but SAV had to deal with a hurricane... Safety of the operation first!). They were accommodating of the start date that I would need. Unfortunately, I ended up turning the offer down for a number of reasons. I really wanted it to work since my impression of the job and team were very positive. Overall a great and lasting experience.
