I applied online and received a phone call to schedule an interview about 2 weeks later. I had a second interview a week later where the manager offered the position.
Virtual interview comes first, most likely a screening interview!
The in-person interview is where they gauge your customer service attitude and ask about your availability. It is a relaxing, low-pressure interview process that still ensures the right people are hired.

Question 1
How would you respond if a customer couldn't find an item on your shelf, and you noticed you were out of stock?
Three stages of interviews. One is through the phone. Second is with the department manager. Third is with the General Manager. They will call you back after each stage if you pass it.
