Interview
Received a call back a few days after applying to come in for a group interview. Staff was very friendly and upbeat! Mostly scenario questions and one group activity. Overall about 15 minutes. Got a call back within 30 minutes after leaving to come in that same day for a one-on-one interview. After a brief interview with the hiring manager I was offered a position on the spot.

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
