The interview process was basically just what would you do in this scenario type of questions and they tell you after if they want to move on with you or not.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
