Interview
The interviewer asks basic questions to get to know you. If they like you and aren't too busy with the store they may send you to a second interviewer. They are very nice and want you to succeed.

What would you do if we ran out of a product? How would you deal with an upset customer? What's your favorite item we sell?
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
