I got an email for an online interview. They were canned questions with no human interaction. As a 44 year old, I don’t mind skyping for an interview, but want the personal connection.

I applied online and received a response very quickly. Had one interview where I was asked pretty basic interview questions about what I was looking for in a job. It was a part time seasonal position so the process was very lowkey.

They responded fairly quickly to my application to set up an interview. I felt a bit bombarded in compliments and they sent me an offer suspiciously quickly. Other than that, the interview was a total breeze.

Be prepared to discuss the position and what you can bring to making the job a success. You will need to be flexible and willing to extra when needed. You will be the anchor for welcoming clients .
