I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCSS (Sugar Land, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Very thorough. Take an algebra test first before you can interview. Then a phone interview followed by in person interviews. Interviews in person are up to 3 people and 30 mins each. If you pass this round than you talk with 3 Executives. It is highly competitive because of the company and the benefits they offer. They have been voted Best Places to work for 13 years straight by the Employees.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted a few weeks after that. They scheduled one introductory phone call and one in person 2 hour interview after which I was notified that I did not get the position. They encouraged me to apply again though! Truthfully, everyone was so nice that I might just apply again.

Question 1
How can you ensure the company will get a positive return on investing in you?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HCSS (Houston, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process was a bit lengthy. There were 2 phone interviews, a Video interview and an in person interview. They asked the typical interview questions as well as tested your knowledge base. The first thing they give you is a math test when you arrive for the in person interview. Its a basic 6th grade level math test you have 30 mins to complete. That was followed by 4 more approx 30 min interviews. A major factor HCSS takes into consideration is will you fit in with the culture and direction the company wants to go.
